A rental model beginning at 1,500 m² with flexible organisational possibilities at 6 sites
Once the site has been chosen and the tenancy agreement signed, the production operation or service can be put into operation 9 months later.
Tenancy agreements have a minimum duration of 5 years. The
rent is dependent on the site, its standard, the total area and the length of the tenancy agreement. 5 euros per m² per month can be used as a rough guide.
