• Preparation, analysis, management and understanding of opened transparent tenders on the basis of international standards
• Management and coordination of individual contractors of construction during realization of the building structure
• Performance and inspection of construction phase
• Regular reporting to the investor, control of design meetings, written documentation of design meetings accompanied by pictures, etc.

• Legal counselling at conclusion with contractors of construction
