Acting as a General Contractor for the investor is an extension of the project management model. The services, which are to be defined, are performed by our subsidiary IPEC REAL, s.r.o.. In this regard our work is
based on service contracts which in addition also secure the financial bridging for the project. To this end, then, liability is accepted by the project company.
